Prayer Defined

The fundamental elements of prayer are basic principles of the true Christian life.  No one can pray for you better than you can pray for yourself.  Prayer is open and honest communication with the LORD God.  Without prayer, there is no communication with God.  Unfortunately, many souls do not know how to reach God in prayer.  When we talk (pray) with God, he reads our hearts, not our mouths, to understand the issues placed before him.  Our spoken words are often deceptive and unreliable.  God can never be fooled by the content of the heart no matter what we say with our mouth.

Your Prayer Request

All prayer requests received by Dissect My Soul Ministries are personally addressed by our Minister of God’s Word, Zelma McKinney.  Minister McKinney prays for the perfect will of God in your life and not simply what you are seeking.  She prays that God will make plain the path that you must follow, and that God will be merciful to you in your time of need.

Should our Minister sense urgency in your situation, after petitioning The LORD God Himself, you might be contacted by her for a more in-depth counseling session, or receive a personal invitation to privately study with her to understand the basic guidelines of seeking God in prayer.  Remember always that God knows our needs better than we do.  Jesus has given us the answer to our every problem as stated in Rev 3:20 (KJV), “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” Don’t be deceived by the lies of the enemy of God. Hold firm to the unchanging hands of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Trust only the Lord, and those that you know truly trust God.  With this formula, you can never be deceived.
